Workout Free

A free workout tracker

Workout Free is a workout tracker with no paid tier. You sign up with an email address, log your runs, your lifts and what you weigh, and see whether the last three months went anywhere. There is nothing to unlock.

What "free" means here

Most trackers are free until the part you actually wanted. This one has no premium plan, so there is no feature sitting behind one. There are also no ads, which means your training data is not being sold to make the free tier pay for itself.

  • Every feature is available to every account.
  • No advertising, anywhere in the app.
  • Export everything you have logged as CSV, whenever you want, and take it elsewhere.

What it tracks

Three things, because those are the three things that answer "am I getting anywhere?" Cardio sessions with distance and duration. Lifts with sets, reps and weight. Body weight, one reading per day.

  • Cardio: exercise, distance, duration, equipment and notes.
  • Lifts: exercise, sets, reps, weight and equipment.
  • Body weight: one honest number per day, charted as a trend.

What it deliberately does not do

There is no social feed, no streak pressure, no coaching, no AI plan generator and no wearable to buy. If you want those, there are good apps that do them. This one is a log and a set of charts, and it loads instantly on a phone because of it.

Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no paid tier, no trial that expires, and no feature that asks for a card.

How do you make money from it?

We do not. It is a small app with small running costs and no advertising.

Can I get my data out?

Yes — one CSV per kind of entry, downloadable at any time from the data screen, and the same format imports back in.

Do I need a wearable or a phone app?

No. It runs in a browser and installs to your home screen if you want it there.

Write it down and find out

Log your cardio, your lifts and what you weigh, and see whether the last three months went anywhere. Free, with no paid tier and a CSV export of everything.
